Safe Electric are committed to improve our services to our members. Please read this post carefully to ensure the renewal of your registration.
What your renewal pack contains
- If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email containing:
- Your 2024 registration invoice (terms 30 days)
- A link to complete the payment online
- Username and password
- A copy of the Safe Electric Rules of Registration
- A link to the CRU Criteria Document
- If you do not have an email address registered with us, you will receive a postal letter in the next few days, which will contain:
- Your 2024 registration invoice (term 30 days)
- A copy of the Safe Electric Rules of Registration
- Guidelines on how to complete your payment.
Following receipt of you renewal payment your membership card will be printed and sent by post.
Paying your 2024 Registration Fee Online
- Click the link that you have received in the email or click here.
- Enter the login credentials that you have received in your email.
- Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to your cart and the annual subscription will be automatically added to it.
- Once the required fields have been completed you can click “Place order”. You will be redirected to enter your payment details.
Other methods of payment
Have your credit/debit card details and registration numbers to hand.
Option 1 – to pay by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
All relevant, updated bank details of the new SSB will be included in the invoice. Please note registration and invoice number needs to be referenced on the bank transfer
Option 2 – to contact our support centre:
You can contact the Safe Electric scheme support line on (091) 480974 for assistance with payment options.
Please have your invoice and registration number ready as this will be requested on the call.
Note our support team will direct you to pay online.
Payment can not be accepted unless a 2024 renewal invoice has been issued.
Once payment has been completed by one of these 3 options outlined above and verification of insurances and qualifications has been processed, your membership will be renewed for 2024.
Payment Deadline
In line with the current process, the annual subscription needs to be paid within 30 days.
Please make sure that you submit your payment by the deadline in order to comply with the Rules of Registration and with the Criteria Documents.
Any change in details with regard to the Principal Duty Holder or Qualified Certifier (QC) must be communicated to Safe Electric.
