Notice is hereby given to members that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Register of Electrical Contractors of Ireland, Company Limited by Guarantee, will be held at :-
11.30am on Saturday 29th September 2018 at Red Cow Moran Hotel, Naas Road, Dublin 22.

No member will be entitled to vote unless all subscriptions for the year 2018 payable to RECI have been paid.
A proxy form is available where a member or member company are unable to be present at the meeting.

- To approve the minutes of the 25th Annual General Meeting held on 9th September 2017
- Address by Chairman
- To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2017 together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon
- To consider the appointment of RSM Ireland as Auditors for the Company for the year 2018, subject to review by the Audit and Risk Committee
- To consider any other business
